Smooth Chocolate Buttercream

Ingredients
Extra soft butter 250 grams
Icing sugar 1 cup
Cocoa powder 1/3 cups
Milk 2 tablespoons
pinch of salt
100 grams dark chocolate
vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Method
Put your butter into an electric mixer and beat the butter until it is light and fluffy
Then gradually sift in your icing sugar and beat for at least 3 minutes
Sift in the cocoa powder in 2 parts and mix until it is completely combined and peaks and it holds it's shape
Then melt your dark chocolate and let it cool completely. Then gradually add it into
Add in your milk as well as salt to make your buttercream spreadable and smooth and then beat the icing once again for at least 1 minute
