Fluffy and Moist Churros

Ingredients
2 cup water
Caster Sugar 4 tablespoons
Oil 4 tablespoons
Plain flour 2 cup
3 eggs
Chocolate melts
Milk
Vanilla Essence
Cinnamon and sugar for coating
Method
Step 1: Boil the water sugar and oil in a pot and then take it off the fire
Step 2: Add in the flour and mix until a dough like texture
Step 3: Gradually combine the eggs and vanilla with mixture so it is a shiny dough texture
Step 4: Put the mixture into a piping bag in small batches
Step 5: Boil around 2/3 of the pot full of oil
Step 6: Pipe around 4-5 centimetres of batter and then use scissors to cut the batter
Step 7: Let the churros fry until it is a golden brown colour on all sides of the churro
Step 8: Mix together cinnamon and sugar and roll your churros in it so that they are completely covered
Step 9: Then melt around 100grams of dark chocolate until it is slightly over cooked and then mix in milk until you get a smooth saucy consistency
Step 10: Serve the churros with the chocolate sauce and enjoy!




I made these yesterday, they tasted exactly like the ones I had gotten at a Spanish food truck.
