Classic Chewy Brownies

Brownies
Ingredients
125g of dark chocolate
1 cup of caster sugar
125 grams of butter
3/4 cups of flour
1/4 of cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
Step 1: Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Prepare a baking tin with butter and baking paper
Step 2: Boil water in a pot over the stove. Put your chocolate and butter into a heatproof bowl and balance it over the pot of water to melt. Make sure through the following steps you are constantly checking the chocolate it does not over cook.
Step 3: Crack your eggs into a mixing bowl. Then add the rest of the ingredients into the mixture. Do not mix the batter yet
Step 4: Make sure that your melted chocolate and butter is cooled down so it doesn’t cook the eggs
Step 5: Put the chocolate mix into the mixing bowl and stir until all completely combined
Step 6: pour it into the prepared baking tin and put it into the oven. You want to check the brownie every 10 minutes and it will be ready when there are moist crumbs when you stick a knife or skewer in it.
Step 7: Let is cool and harden a bit before serving or putting away. Enjoy
