Thin Light Crepes

Ingredients

  • Eggs (1 per person)

  • 25 grams butter

  • pinch of salt

  • plain flour

  • milk

  • Toppings

Method:

Step 1: Crack you egg(s) into a mixing bowl with a pinch of salt and whisk until combined.


Step 2: Melt around 25 grams of unsalted butter and combine that into the egg mixture.


Step 3: Add the flour in bit by bit until the egg and butter become a dough type mixture and

has minimal sticking.


Step 4:Then add the milk bit by bit and use a whisk to mix the dough with the milk. Do that until it becomes a thick but smooth batter



Step 5: Then melt butter onto the pan so that the batter does not stick to the pan


Step 6: Once completely melted pour on around a 1/4 cup of the batter and then spread it thinly on the pan.


Step 7: When the sides of the crepe are brownish gold you can flip the crepe and vice versa.


Step 8: Put the topping on when it cools slightly. Enjoy!
