Easy Creamy Carbonara

Carbonara
4 cloves of garlic
3/4 of an onion
Pasta
Flour
Milk
salt&pepper
2 pieces of Bacon
Cheese
Pre cook
boil the pasta
Step 1: Get a saucepan and put it on low heat and pour oil on it. Then put 2 pieces bacons onto the saucepan and cook it. Once it is done put it on a piece of paper to absorb the oil and chop it into squares
Step 2: Chop up the garlic and onions and sauté them with the bacon bits in light butter
Step 3: Put the boiled pasta in the mixture and get it completely combined
Step 4: Then put in the flour. You want to put just enough so that everything is seperate and lightly covered with flour
Step 5: Pour in milk little by little until it is as thick or thin as you like it to be.
Step 6: Put in at least a handful of mozzarella or parmesan cheese and combine
Step 7: Use salt pepper and any spices to give it more flavour
Step 8: It is better fresh but it can be put into the fridge but when you serve it heat it over the fire first
